Sunday School

Salem Lutheran Church Sunday School offers Sunday morning Christian education to 3-year old Beginners through 8th grade.

Sunday School classes start each week at 9:15 a.m. with our Beginners through 5th grade classes meeting in the Sanctuary to enjoy singing songs they may know, to learn new songs, to rehearse for a Christmas Program, to have a prayer and leave any offerings they may have to share. Then we go to our classrooms. Our 6th/7th/8th graders meet at 9:15am in their classroom where they may leave any offerings they may have to share.

Rally Day kicks off the new Sunday School year each fall with registration where you can meet the teachers and find out how you can help as a parent or guardian.

Children are encouraged to share an offering of a needed item from the Salem’s Food Pantry needs list on the first Sunday of each month.

Salem Sunday School students help prepare for and play roles in worship during our Grace Service held on the 3rd Sunday of each month October through May.

Let us ‘Spark’ your child’s ‘Active Faith’!!

Always looking for Good teachers who are inspired to serve our young people.  A screening check is required of all teachers and staff.
