Lenten Journey
Every Monday at 7:00 p.m. a number of your neighbors gather online to discuss the Bible. We call this effort the Northern Illinois Online Bible Study or NIOBS.
This March the subject is the Wisdom Literature of the Old Testament, including Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Job.
Let Lent be a prime time to engage in life-long-learning. Reflect on the call of God to a wiser way of thinking on moral choices, suffering, and the signs of frustration and futility in life. Pray about these things as we hold to the Truth of the death and resurrection of Christ.
